John Zimmers
For the last 24 years, John has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of over 10,000 units in the city of Chicago! Beginning in 1989 he crafted his skills in leasing at Planned Property Management on Chicago’s North side. In 1992, he joined Draper and Kramer, Inc at 200 Arlington Place as a residential leasing manager. In 1993, he joined Realty & Mortgage Co. as their director of leasing and marketing, then was promoted to vice president. In 2007, he joined Berger Realty Group, LLC as it’s CEO/president. In 2012 he opened Dearborn Street Realty, LLC to serve the real estate needs of Chicago’s citizens.
